Need to spread out? Looking for space?

Are you looking for rental space for a learning pod or to hold your next special event? Similar to our normal Retreat Center bookings, we will now be able to rent out facility space to all types of groups. Camp Letts offers a variety of rental space for any type of event. Camp Letts will be renting out both indoor and outdoor areas to help practice social distancing and follow COVID recommended guidelines.

Supervision by Camp Letts staff  will not be provided and groups will be responsible for their own supervision. Activities (ex. Zip lining, canoeing, etc.) are still available for rent based on availability and staff.

COVID-19 Safety Guidelines

 

The safety and health of our staff and guests are our top priority.  Below is a list of current guidelines as outlined by the CDC, that Camp Letts staff and guests will be required to follow during all Group Rentals.

 

  • Each staff member and guest will be health screened upon their arrival to camp.
  • Masks must be worn indoors and when at least 6 feet of physical distance cannot be maintained.
  • Designated spaces will be assigned for each group to minimize exposure to others.
  • Shared spaces and activity equipment will be cleaned between groups.
  • Continual cleaning of high touch areas will occur throughout all our facilities.
  • Daily health screenings of all staff and campers will be taken prior to arrival or during drop off.
  • Groups will not mix with other groups during the day.
