Parent and Me Classes

Join your little one on a new adventure each week.

Multiple programs available each session for you to join your 2-6 year old at YMCA Camp Letts. This is the perfect environment to learn something new, make new friends, and have a new adventure. The best part about these programs? We do the planning, you just show up! Parent & Me programs meet once a week, four times a month.


Tuesday: Read Make Take with Roni

 

Come for the story, stay for the craft. Each week features a new theme with accompanying stories and a craft to make and take home.

September Session Dates: Sept. 15, Sept. 22, Sept. 29

October Session Dates: Oct. 6, Oct. 13, Oct. 20, Oct. 27

 

Thursday: Nature Explorers with Andrew

 

Join one of our Naturalists as we explore the forest, fields, and shoreline with a small group of other families. This hour long session provides an opportunity for nature discovery, hands-on learning, and outdoor play.

October Session Dates: Oct. 8, Oct. 15, Oct. 22, Oct. 29

COVID-19 Safety Guidelines

 

The safety and health of our staff and guests are our top priority.  Below is a list of current guidelines as outlined by the CDC, that Camp Letts staff and guests will be required to follow during all Parent and Me Classes.

 

  • Each staff member and guest will be health screened upon their arrival to camp.
  • Masks must be worn indoors and when at least 6 feet of physical distance cannot be maintained.
  • Designated spaces will be assigned for each group to minimize exposure to others.
  • Shared spaces and activity equipment will be cleaned between groups.
  • Continual cleaning of high touch areas will occur throughout all our facilities.
  • Daily health screenings of all staff and campers will be taken prior to arrival or during drop off.
  • Groups will not mix with other groups during the day.
