Changeover weekend
Campers staying for multiple sessions may chose to stay the weekend in between sessions rather than check out. This weekend provides an exciting variation in Camp routine and allows changeover campers to see a different side of camp. Cost is $200 per weekend and includes all travel, meals, additional insurance and program fees. Laundry will be done for changeover weekend campers.

Discount Special for Two Week Campers ONLY!
If you register a sibling you will receive a $25 discount off their camp fee. If you register a camper for two or more sessions you will receive a $50 discount off your camper’s fee.

Payment Plan
American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa Cards are accepted for registration or payments. You may set up an AutoPay (EFT) for your credit card or bank draft payments to be automatically deducted for you. The necessary form will be in your confirmation packet or can be found online. Full payment must be received one month prior to session attending.

Camp Store
We encourage campers to put pocket money into a Camp Store Account. A minimum of $20 may be added to your camp balance when being paid. This account is used to purchase items from the Camp Store only. Campers are unable to withdraw money from this account. Any remaining money at the end of each camp session is donated to our 2009 Building Bridges Campaign at the end of that session. This fund enables more children to attend YMCA Camp Letts.

Transportation
Bus service is available for our two week sessions only between Camp and selected points for $80 round trip or $40 one-way. Details are mailed upon receipt of application in your confirmation packet. Airport transportation is also available upon request. Fees are applicable and vary based on airport. These fees are non-refundable.

AGREEMENT  

Registration Fee
A registration fee of $200 for each session must accompany your application to reserve your space and is deducted from the total fee. Those on the waiting list who cannot be accommodated will receive a full refund. The registration fee is non-refundable.

Changes to Registration
Any change from the original registration must be in writing and accompanied by a $25 change fee. This applies during the session as well as between sessions.

Fees
All fees are payable as follows: Registration and membership must accompany the application. The balance of the Camp fee, transportation and special activities fees are due four weeks prior to arrival. Bills are not rendered. Please make all checks payable to Camp Letts and mail directly to the Camp Office. In fairness to everyone, we will have to make substitutions from the waiting list if the full fee is not received with the allotted time.  Payments made after the due date will be accepted only by certified check, money order or cash. NO EXCEPTIONS PLEASE.  If your camper must be picked up after 5:00 pm on the last day of camp, you will be charged a $25.00 late fee.

Medical 
It is assumed that the applicant is a normal, healthy child who can participate fully in the program, and is in good physical condition-unless otherwise stated in writing to the Camp Director. It is agreed that the camper will be examined by a physician, of the family's choice, within 24 months prior to arrival at Camp and that the results of such examination will be recorded on the form provided by Camp and signed by the physician annually. (This will be mailed after the application is received.) A properly completed medical form is necessary for Camp admittance. Campers my not attend without meeting this requirement. If a camper needs special medical treatment, hospital care, or physician's service during a Camp session, the parents ill be responsible for payment. 

Cooperation 
It is agreed and understood that the camper will cooperate and accept normal Camp guidance in standards of behavior. Failure in this area may involve normal Camp discipline or dismissal.  

Refunds 
It is agreed and understood that in case of dismissal, homesickness or voluntary withdrawal, there will be no refund of camp fees. If it is deemed advisable by the Camp to send a camper home because of medical reasons, a pro rata refund will be made for the unexpired portion of the session. There will be no refund on cancellations made within ten days of expected arrival date.  The YMCA reserves the right to refuse any applicant and to cancel any reservation.  

Photo Release 
Any camper may have his or her photograph taken during the course of activities and it is understood that Camp Letts has permission to use such photos for promotion and various publications. 

Equipment
Please do not allow your campers to bring any items of value to Camp.  We can't be responsible for lost, misplaced, damaged or stolen items or money.  PLEASE, NO CELL PHONES.

Lost Articles
We are not responsible for lost, misplaced, or stolen articles.
